Who should book it — and who should not
- Book for easy transit access, with the intermodal bus and Renfe train station just a 5-minute walk away.
- Skip if you are a light sleeper, as inadequate soundproofing allows clear noise transmission from neighbouring rooms and hallway activity.

Facilities and what is missing
Operating since 1999, this 2-star guest house is set on the first floor of a protected stone building at Calle San Martín 6, maintaining an entirely smoke-free environment. Rooms are air-conditioned, feature free Wi-Fi throughout, and include private bathrooms fitted with showers. Guests have access to a communal living room equipped with tea and coffee facilities. Showers suffer from inconsistent hot water supply, at times running completely cold.
