Arrival and check-in
Check-in runs from 16:00 to 20:00 and check-out from 09:00 to 10:00, so plan a late arrival carefully. For getting around with bags, 24- and 72-hour ATB tourist tickets cover the entire network from validation, luggage included.
Room position and outdoor space
The balconies are the real differentiator here: Azalea's is described as romantic, with views of Città Alta, and guests in balcony rooms generally look out over the upper city. The trade-off sits with Gardenia, whose private bathroom sits outside the room itself. Bathrooms come with a wide shower, so the practicalities are decent whichever room you pick.
The accessibility path
The building itself has an elevator and is constructed with domotics in energy class A1. From Milan Bergamo Airport (BGY), the Airport Bus runs into Bergamo daily every 20 minutes. All buses have a low floor, at most 30 cm from the ground, plus a boarding platform for wheelchairs and walking aids. There is a taxi rank outside the arrivals area if the bus does not suit.
