Arriving from San Sebastián Airport takes line E21 directly into town, while Bilbao Airport connects via the direct PESA coach shuttle to Donostia Geltokia. Drivers should note Antiguo sits entirely outside the Low Emission Zone (ZBE). Foreign-registered vehicles require municipal pre-registration to enter the ZBE, making the Illunbe park-and-ride shuttle the primary driver alternative.
