How the location behaves
Arriving by train or coach at Estación del Norte and Donostia Geltokia requires an 8- to 12-minute walk over Santa Catalina Bridge. From San Sebastián Airport, the E21 bus (and seasonal E30) costs 2.90 euros, while PESA coaches run from Bilbao Airport. Drivers bypass the western riverbank Low Emission Zone (ZBE), avoiding foreign vehicle registration mandates by heading straight to underground parking at Parking Kursaal or Parking Txofre, or utilizing the Illunbe park-and-ride.
